Ten years ago, Ag Lending Group wasn't part of a business plan—it simply grew out of a desire to help farmers find better financing.
Richard began working with producers as a farm finance advisor, helping them understand their options and navigate the lending process. As word spread and more farmers reached out for help, that passion evolved into Ag Lending Group, now helping farms and ranches across all 50 states secure the financing they need to grow.

Richard founded AG Lending in 2015 and got his first experience within the farming industry in the 1970s. Now, after more than 45 years in agriculture, Richard’s keen understanding of the industry helps determine the best financial solution for your needs.

Vice President
Madison was raised in and surrounded by agriculture, works with farmers daily, and loves visiting client farms each year. Your unique situation is always treated with care, as Madison personally handles all account management for AG Lending.
