Who we are
Ag Lending Group, LLC (“Ag Lending Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an agricultural loan
originator based in Phoenix, Arizona. We originate farm and ranch financing under referral
and origination programs with a network of agricultural lending partners.
We are not a bank, we do not accept deposits, and we do not fund loans. Underwriting,
credit decisions, approval, and funding rest with our lending partners and their funding
sources.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at
www.aglendinggroup.com and in the course of helping you seek financing, how we use it,
who we share it with, and what choices you have. It applies to our website and to our
business generally.
The short version
• We collect the information you give us, information about how you use our site, and
— with your authorization — financial and credit information needed to seek
financing for you.
• The central thing we do with your information is share it with lending
partners so they can evaluate your request. That is the service.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile
phone number or your text-message consent with anyone for their own
marketing.
• You can opt out of marketing email and text messages at any time.
• Questions: madison@aglendinggroup.com.
1. Information we collect
a. Information you give us.
Through forms on our website, by phone, by text, by email, or in person, you may give us:
• Contact information — name, email address, phone number, mailing address
• Information about your operation — type of farm or ranch, acreage, location, entity
structure
• The type of financing you are seeking and your timeline
• Your preferred method of contact
If you move forward toward a loan, you or your representatives may also give us:
• Financial statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and schedules
• Information about the property or collateral involved
• Social Security number or taxpayer identification number
• Bank and account information as needed for the application
• Any other information a lending partner requires to evaluate your request
b. Information we collect automatically.
When you visit our website we and our service providers automatically collect: IP address,
browser type and version, device type and identifiers, operating system, the pages you
visit, referring pages, and the dates, times, and duration of your visits. This is collected
through cookies and similar technologies — see Section 5.
c. Information we receive from others.
With your authorization, we may receive:
• Credit reports and scores from consumer reporting agencies
• Verifications of employment, income, deposits, or account balances from employers,
banks, and others
• Appraisals, title work, and property records
• Information from our lending partners about the status of your request
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
• Respond to your inquiry and discuss your financing needs
• Prepare and package your request for submission to lending partners
• Seek financing options on your behalf and compare what is available
• Communicate with you about your request, including by phone, email, and text
• Stay in touch as your point of contact after a loan closes
• Send you newsletters, market updates, and other marketing communications, where
you have not opted out
• Operate, secure, analyze, and improve our website
• Comply with law, respond to legal process, prevent fraud, and enforce our
agreements
3. How we share your information
a. Lending partners — the core of what we do.
To seek financing for you, we share your information, including your financial and credit
information, with agricultural lending partners, their affiliates, and the funding sources,
underwriters, servicers, appraisers, title companies, and other parties involved in
evaluating, closing, and administering a loan. This sharing is the service you are asking us
to perform, and we cannot seek financing for you without it.
b. Service providers.
We share information with vendors who perform services for us — website hosting, email
delivery, customer relationship management, document storage, analytics, and
professional advisors. They may use your information only to perform those services for
us.
c. Legal and protective disclosures.
We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, to regulators and
examiners, to investigate or prevent fraud or wrongdoing, to protect the rights, property,
or safety of any person, and to establish or defend legal claims.
d. Business transfers.
If Ag Lending Group is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets,
information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
e. What we do not do.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties
for their own marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator
opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you
about your financing request and, if you have opted in, about our services generally.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining financing.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at
madison@aglendinggroup.com or (602) 223-1236.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile opt-in information and text-message consent are never shared or sold
to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Full details are in our SMS Terms at [www.aglendinggroup.com/sms-terms].
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes:
• Essential — to make the site work and keep it secure.
• Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• Advertising — [we use advertising technologies from Meta (Facebook and
Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google to show our ads to people who
have visited our site and to measure how those ads perform.]
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work
correctly if you do. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the tools at
optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org, and through the privacy settings
of each platform.
Under some state privacy laws, using advertising cookies in this way is treated as “sharing”
or as “targeted advertising.” See Section 10 for how to opt out.
We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. [We do honor Global Privacy
Control signals where required by law.]
6. Email
We send newsletters, market updates, and other marketing email to people who have given
us their address. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email
madison@aglendinggroup.com to be removed. We will still send you messages about an
active financing request.
7. Financial privacy notice (GLBA)
Because we help you obtain financing, we are a financial institution under the federal
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We provide a separate Financial Privacy Notice describing how
we treat your nonpublic personal information and your right to limit certain sharing. You
will receive it when you begin a financing request with us, and you may request a copy at
any time at madison@aglendinggroup.com.
Where this Privacy Policy and our Financial Privacy Notice differ as to nonpublic personal
financial information, the Financial Privacy Notice controls.
8. How we protect your information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the
information we hold, and we maintain a written information security program. We limit
access to your information to people who need it to do their jobs. No system is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us at
9. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy
and to meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations. Financing files, including
those for requests that did not result in a closed loan, are retained for the period required
by applicable lending and recordkeeping rules, which is generally at least [25] months from
the date of a credit decision and may be longer. Marketing contact information is kept until
you unsubscribe.
10. Your choices and your rights
Everyone. You may:
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts
• Ask us to correct information we hold about you
• Ask us what information we hold about you
Contact madison@aglendinggroup.com for any of these.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws. Depending on where you live —
including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Utah, Montana, and
others — you may have the right to:
• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
• Access a copy of it
• Correct inaccuracies
• Request deletion
• Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising
• Opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects
• Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights
• Appeal a denial of a request
An important limit. Most of these laws exempt information that is collected, used, or
disclosed under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Much of the financial information we hold
falls into that exemption, so a deletion or access request may not reach it. Your rights do
apply to information collected through our website for marketing and analytics.
To exercise a right, email madison@aglendinggroup.com or call (602) 223-1236. We will
verify your identity before acting. You may use an authorized agent. We respond within the
time the applicable law allows, generally 45 days.

categories of personal information we collected, the sources, our purposes, and the
categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it. We do not sell personal information
and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, use the [Do Not Sell or Share
My Personal Information] link in our website footer.
11. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are for adults and are not directed to children. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has
given us information, contact madison@aglendinggroup.com and we will delete it.

Our website links to sites we do not control, including our lending partners and our social

Terms & Conditions
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Welcome to www.aglendinggroup.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Ag Lending
Group, LLC (“Ag Lending Group,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Website
you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not
agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Acceptance
These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the Website. Additional terms may
apply to particular programs or features, and where they do, those terms also apply.
2. Who we are and what we do
Ag Lending Group is an agricultural loan originator. We originate farm and ranch
financing under referral and origination programs with a network of agricultural lending
partners.
We are not a bank. We do not accept deposits. We do not fund loans and we do not
make credit decisions. Underwriting, credit approval, funding, and the final terms of any
loan rest with our lending partners and their funding sources. The loan documents you sign
with a lender govern that loan, not these Terms.
Our role is to understand your operation, prepare and present your request to the partner
best suited to it, work alongside that partner’s underwriters, and remain your point of
contact.
3. No offer or commitment to lend
Nothing on the Website, and nothing said by anyone at Ag Lending Group, is an offer of
credit, a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, or a guarantee that financing will be available
or approved. Rates, terms, program descriptions, and eligibility criteria shown on the
Website are illustrative, are subject to change without notice, and vary by lender,
borrower, property, and program. All financing is subject to underwriting, credit
review, and lender approval.
4. No advisory or fiduciary relationship
We advocate for your financing request, but we are not your financial advisor, investment
advisor, accountant, appraiser, or attorney, and using the Website or working with us does
not create a fiduciary relationship. Information on the Website is general and
informational. Decisions about borrowing, debt structure, tax treatment, and your
operation are yours, and you should consult your own professional advisors.
5. How we are compensated
Ag Lending Group is compensated by lending partners under referral and origination
agreements, which may include fees paid when a loan closes. [We may also charge
borrowers fees, which will be disclosed to you in writing before you incur them.] Our
compensation may vary by partner and by program. We will tell you how we are being paid
on your transaction if you ask.
6. Information you give us
You agree that information you provide is accurate and complete, that you are authorized
to provide it, and that you authorize us to share it with lending partners and the parties
involved in evaluating and closing a loan, as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a
form on the Website starts a conversation. It is not a loan application and does not
obligate you or any lender.
7. Calculators and tools
Any calculator or estimating tool on the Website is for illustration only. Its results are not a
quote, a pre-approval, or an offer of credit, and do not reflect any particular lender’s rates,
fees, or underwriting. Actual payments and costs will differ.
8. Testimonials and client stories
Testimonials and client stories on the Website reflect the experience of the individuals
shown. They are not a promise or prediction of the outcome for any other operation, and
individual results vary. [Individuals shown were not compensated for their statements. /
Where an individual received compensation or another material benefit, that is disclosed
with the statement.]
9. Equal credit opportunity
Ag Lending Group does business in accordance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act. We
do not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national
origin, sex, marital status, age, because all or part of an applicant’s income derives from a
public assistance program, or because an applicant has in good faith exercised a right
under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
10. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to: interfere with its operation or security;
access it by automated means without our permission; use it to transmit unlawful,
harassing, or offensive material; misrepresent your identity; or infringe anyone’s rights.

12. Third-party websites and partners
The Website links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content,
products, services, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings
with any lending partner are between you and that partner, and are governed by that
partner’s own agreements and disclosures.
13. Electronic communications and text messages
By giving us your contact information you consent to receive communications from us
electronically, including by email and text message, and you agree that electronic
communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing. Text
messaging is governed by our [SMS Terms]. You may opt out of marketing communications
at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business
interruption, arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms, whether based in
contract, tort, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility. [Our total liability for
any claim relating to the Website will not exceed $100.]
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

17. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict
of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal
courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for any dispute arising from these Terms or
your use of the Website.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective
date. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date means you accept the
revised Terms.
