  • Use Your Land Equity


    Borrow up to 50% of your bare land equity value, secured by a first mortgage position on the property. Already have a mortgage on it? We can refinance that existing mortgage into this structure.

  • Flexible Draw Period


    Choose a 5- or 10-year draw period. Draw funds as you need them, repay principal at any time, and get new funds deposited to your account the next business day. Use it for any on-farm or business purpose — equipment, improvements, or operating capital.

  • Interest-Only Payments


    Pay interest only on your outstanding balance, with semi-annual payments deducted automatically from your account. There are no non-use fees on funds you haven’t drawn.

  • Convert to a Term Loan


    If it fits your plans better down the road, convert your outstanding balance into an amortizing term loan on any interest-only payment date.

  • How It Differs from an Operating Line of Credit


    Unlike our standard Operating Line of Credit, which is sized to your operation’s projected cash flow, a Land-Backed Line of Credit is secured directly by your real estate equity — typically offering a larger credit limit in exchange for the collateral.

  • How to Apply


    Minimum loan size of $200,000. Talk to a loan advisor to see how much equity you have available to borrow against.
